Do you feel at times you aren't appreciated. Do you feel that you treat people better than they treat you? Do you feel no matter what you do you can never fit in? Do you feel the respect that is needed of you isn't there? Well if not you then me. I feel this way in all walks of my life. Whether I am at home, I still get treated like a little child, I am 21 and turning 22 in November. On the job, no one respects me or appreciate me or gives me credit, just because they have a higher "position" than me. There are so many snakes in this world. So many people who will smile in your face and drawing up a plan with their feet in the sand to destroy you. Why do they do that? They see something in you that they wish they had. Jealous or just plain evil!
That is the reason I chose friends wisely.
But in all if no one appreciates you, show them you are better than they think and appreciate yourself, make yourself feel better in anyway possible, its your life!
I try not to worry about people but its hard when you are around the same people everyday giving you hell and treating you differently than they treat everyone else...

The supplement's main ingredient is a patented form of larch arabinogalactan, an extract from the stumps of larch trees, which grow in Central Europe, North America and parts of Russia. The manufacturer of My Defense, Natrol Inc., says the extract (called ImmunEnhancer) protects against cellular damage and supports the body's natural production of immune system components. The supplement can be used as a source of dietary fiber, but the company cites six studies on ImmunEnhancer, the primary ingredient in My Defense, that it says suggests much broader uses. Tests on human subjects over the last six years have shown that ImmunEnhancer can improve the body's immune system, the company said. The studies, which ranged from one month to six months, showed an increased production of several types of white blood cells, including those known as macrophages and natural killer cells, the company said. These white blood cells help attack and destroy viruses and other microbes inside the body. (Natrol website)
Many companies have arabinogalactan....I can think of 3-4 at our store. Lots of herbs and supplements can boost your immune system, but you have to find which one works the best for you. "Host Defense" from New Chapter is just as good, if not better. Magic is as smart off the court as he is on. Conventional medicine is not the answer.
By the way, Magic may have also used ozone therapy (viruses can't live in an oxygenated environment), but doctors have remained tightlipped.

Post Mother's Day
As many have celebrated their mothers/ or not... Yesterday was OK... giving the fact my mother's birthday was 3 days before mother's day, she received a dinner and flowers. The dinner would have been good, if the food and service was good. This place was staffed with mothers, who were pissed they had to work that day. We waited for an hour to receive our receipt , then happened to find out that our waitress left a while ago... boy were we pissed, NO TIP!! and it could have been a good one, because there were 7 of us at the table. Then the ticket was wrong, they charged us for extra food, it was chaos... never again!!!
On a serious note:
I couldn't imagine not having my mother right now. I sometimes feel bad that some people are motherless.
